Physical Therapy Services:
Physical Therapists treat a variety of patients for a variety of reasons. In our clinic we pride ourselves in creating unique and individualized plans of care in a laid back environment.  Also in our clinic you are given the attention that your condition deserves throughout your entire treatment session.

We are able to offer conventional physical therapy as well as some specialized services. A few of these specialized services offered are Rehab Pilates, Pilates for post mastectomy patients (also know as the Pink Ribbon Program), ASTYM and Kinesiotaping.   

Rehab Pilates:    This unique approach takes the principles of pilates and combines it with the manual techniques already used in physical therapy while incorporating advanced movement strategies to maximize a patient's outcome.  Rehab Pilates is an approach that looks at the body as a whole while focusing on the injured region.

Massage Therapy Services:

Swedish Relaxation Massage: 
This is a technique that is used to promote relaxation throughout the muscles and soft tissue. It uses long sweeping motions with gentler touch however the therapist can gradually deepen the intention. It creates not only relaxation in the body but the mind as well.

Deep Soft Tissue Massage: 
As the name indicates works deeply into the tissues loosening up the tightness in a more vigorous manner. These techniques work deeper into the fascia, connective tissue and now focus more on releasing the trigger points and knots. This can be more painful and can require several sessions to achieve optimal outcome. This can be combined with Swedish Relaxation Massage to lessen some of the discomfort.
